You say that Jesus does not speak about meditation in the Holy Bible. Does not Jesus say that the Kingdom of God dwells within you? And does he not also say that you are to seek first the Kingdom of God? Surely he does. It is a fact. So how can you seek the Kingdom of God, within you, if you do not seek within?

It is easy. Don't think that it will take a long time. You are thinking Swamiji has kept a bushy beard. He is meditating from his infancy so he is saying, "Very easy, very easy." If there were no airplanes and I said that it is very easy to go from Kolkata to Curacao within 24 hours, people would laugh at me. They would say it was impossible.

It is said in the scriptures that if you seek God in the heart center, your mind will be restless – because the heart wants to mix with another heart. So, the real power is remaining inside the cranium. Here you are to seek God.

Whatever you do, you will remain always in seclusion. In your every attachment, you will be able to remain compassionately detached.

Whatever we express in writing or speaking, we express through these twenty six letters. But if you want to know God or want Self-realization, you must go beyond the twenty six letters or the fifty letters. In many places in the Upanishads, it is written naiva vacha, which means God cannot be revealed by speech (ie, through the letters). If you go beyond the letters, you will be free from everything.

In the body tree there are two birds: one is the body bird and the other is the soul bird. One (body bird) enjoys the fruits of the tree whereas the other (soul bird) does not enjoy, instead it allows the body bird to enjoy. The bird that does not enjoy is your indwelling Self, the formless power of God hiding within each body part.
