This book is giving me emotional damage

Nikki somehow got dumber. Total regression. Too trusting. It’s driving me crazy.

I feel so bad for Nikki because Eric is so controlling and tells lies. In real life, he would make me go crazy.

I know why I am annoyed at this point... I think I dealt with the who "woe is me" in the last book... and understood it completely however I am now getting annoyed with this shit. I want to scream BUCK UP and grow a pair, I know that if she doesn't change by the 50% mark I am done with this book. I can't deal with another 200+pages of self deprecation it's wearing on my freaking nerves
