Status Updates From Sonic the Hedgehog #38 #38

Part 4: Sonic is sick and Tails decides to read him a comic book he made, involving him, Sonic, Sally and Rotor gaining superpowers and defeating “Robotnicus” with food.

Part 3: After falling in a lake of rings, Sonic finds Penelope and the rest of Sally’s recruits. They formulate a plan to infiltrate Robotnik’s lair and get the rest of the Freedom Fighters.

Part 2: The lightning that Sonic was struck with caused him to lose his speed. The Freedom Fighters make their way back to Knothole when they’re swarmed by combots.

Part 1: Sonic, Tails, and Antoine are in Robotropolis seeking important information in a severe storm. When trying to leave, Sonic is struck by lightning.
