This is a book Ive had since my late 20's & at the end of every decade I find myself picking it up and having a re-read.... it's one of those 1 rule a day kinda reads.... The majority are kinda ingrained already into you through parenting & schooling in those early years... but I do find it's a solid read & one for reflection at the end of every decade (I hit 60!! earlier this month)
