It is exactly that miscommunication and misinterpretation from a Prophets exactitude of word choices when they proclaims things that brings about said future and yet the prophet would instinctively know, this is the only way the words can be said, for the future they saw to come about and there is no other way and an ouroboros is born. But a prophet may still go in especially if they are convinced they see an unchanging future. Like an alien living teleologically, their perspective allows them to see their responsibility and see no way to change a future. Depending on the level of precognition a prophet has, they may not even see how a future came about in perfect steps. Thus so much room for miscommunication and misinterpretation opens up.

Misconstrue. However, a revelation just came to me. With the opposite of the dunning kruger effect in play, prophets would be the biggest victim of that. They will reference things and events and common knowledge like the back of their hand and people in their time will look upon them with confusion for they can’t understand they don’t have the prerequisite knowledge to know what exactly a prophet may talk about.
