At the beginning of the book, the author gives a disclaimer surrounding the problems with the label “addiction”. My biggest complaint is that the author then goes on to use the term anyway.
The book has some good things and some problematic things, which would lead me to probably not recommend this book to clients, which is too bad because I LOVED the section on whether to stay or leave a relationship.
