I forgot how smooth Harlequins read. I'm glad I have a bunch of these in my TBR because they're a nice break. I'm not fond of every Love Inspired Historical I've read, but this one is good. It has the right mix of faith that suits the story. I have a weakness for orphan stories, so that's what drew me to it. I'm also happy I have book 2. The kids are cute + the right amount of trouble for their caretaker.
