Why is the er doctor having sex with the man she knows was tortured? The man who just the night before had a 103 fever, weeping and infected wounds on his entire back, and was barely alive?
I've read a ton of unbelievable stuff that I've overlooked bc I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to books and can easily overlook non-sensicle stuff, but this is really irritating me.
