Stage 1: Establishing a Practice

I will be shocked if I make it much longer in this book. Started reading because of the science claimed to be behind it, but the opening sounds like how creationists with PhD's talk about creationism.

I will go a little further, but so far it's dull and seems to be teetering on pseudo-science to back up the claims. I hope I am wrong!
