Status Updates From The Murder of Emmett Till (...

The book is begining to get good. So far Emmett has been taken and killed already and his mom has been told the news. Now funeral arrangements are being talked about.

So far I have only read the first chapter. The first chapter is just telling Emmetts background, and his mom, and dad, introducing a couple of the main characters in the book. Then later the chapter got into where the conflict may start by telling how he was going to go on a summer vacation with his cousins, and his mom did not really want him to go because she had a bad feeling about it, but she let him go anyways.

My favorite part about this week is that knowing that the two men took Emmett and murdered him and didn't fess up makes me mad. They would of got off on an easy note if they did
