The book is very good and very interesting I like the plot and how the setting is in the 1900's during the influenza pandemic. Mary Downing Hahn is a great writer for ghost stories which are my favorite.

The main character seems like a really sweet girl and doesn't want to hurt no one's feelings but also wants people to respect and consider her for things. For the side character she seems like a self centered inconsiderate person.
The main character was not able to communicate her wants so it was easier for the other two bullies to choose for her given the chance.

I just started reading this book and I really like it. I enjoy how interesting it is from the beginning because I don't like slow burning books. Its very good and I'm excited to get to the climax of the story

Im on page 25 so far, Annie starts her new school and meets a lonely girl named Elise. Elise quickly becomes clingy and tries to control Annie. Annie feels uncomfortable and wishes she could get away from Elise without being mean. I think One For Sorrow is an spooky book. It shows how hard it is to deal with fake friends and bullying. The book kept me interested because I want to know what Elise would do next.
