I'm already hooked. A man making models in his kitchen and photographing them - sounds pretty trite. Wrong. The resulting photos look like real life 1940's/50's America, they're stunning. I'm going to enjoy immersing myself in this one.

There is nostalgia expressed in these dioramas that remind of Garrison Keillor's Lake Woebegon, Norman Rockwell's illustrations, and the movie A Christmas Story. An image of uncomplicated innocence, simpler times, and a wholesomeness.
