Status Updates From Beneath the Waves

I think since Star Wars, we all should know never to blindly interpret a prophecy, right?

So this definitely picked up by now and I'm enjoying myself reading this. The two woman are both great characters and I like that there's a huger cast then them without taking away from those two.

The plot/mystery seems to be very obvious to me, though. Let's see whether I'm right.

I like the complexity of the story and I like the characters. I'm quite interested in where this is going both romance and plot wise. I think this can get really good.

So far, I'm still feeling a bit disconnected from the book, though. Maybe it's because I'm busy or maybe because the book can't really suck me in. Hope I can really dive in soon.

This is going to be impossible to remember all the characters. And how many POV's there are. Let me see:

Vivien, Kai, mother Galen (or partner, I forget which), Steve . . .

The premise is very unique and promising.
