Could give less than zero poots about the romance but I’m so invested in the politics

I’m getting tamlin vibes from this man and if the character development doesn’t start soon this is going to be a dnf

Oh yes, I remember reading these type of romance novels when I was in HS & college. Some steamy moments. Requires little thinking, just escape to another place & time with some very good-looking, smart, adventuresome, & bold people. I must admit I wonder how all the characters could talk to each other. It's the 18th century and the main female character is European & has married a Sheik of an Arabian tribe.

Another breather between more substantive reading. Haven't read this style romance novel enveloped in historical fiction in ages. It's my carry in the purse PB for meals out alone and waiting for appts time. Definitely easy reading

She needs to get a shock to ger system so she won't be so naive

I like her but she still is kind of childish
