Status Updates From Leythe Blade

Not getting much better. The focus is now on the developing relationship between the men and I’m just not feeling it. I was hoping the story would be more complex, and exciting, like Lord Mouse. But, there’s not a whole lot happening. Might DNF this one.

Started out good but then got melodramatic/girly. Still haven’t left the caravan yet. Hoping it gets better.

Sasha is gone and is in danger. Stop talking, you morons, and chase after him! Ugh! :/

I love the premise and the writing is great, but at almost 50% the characters are still firmly stuck in the little hut, Sasha crying non-stop and the other two babysitting the heck out of him. I wish there was more action.

I have been saving this book like my favorite last piece of Easter candy. I have blocked tomorrow so I can read undisturbed. *rubs hands gleefully*

It was just getting interesting... and I have to go to work! Life is so unfair!

Sasha finally has his wits about him again only to take and discover his bonding to Ryka is real and he's clanless and alone. Eredwyn tells him he must live, but Sasha doesn't really see much reason for it aside from revenge.

Sasha has decided to live for vengeance. For now, anyway.

It seems Sasha sees Jace as some type of lesser god taking the form of a man to take him to his punishment for being a healer that his killed.

It seems that Sasha believes Jace is connected to the Dragon Mother, too and that he's a Lesser Dragon. He doesn't understand why Jace is taking care of him instead of killing him.
