Rereading this a 4th time in a week. It might just be my favorite book of all time - just the sheer amount of things Calvino makes you think about and question in this ~100 page novella is astounding. I know if on a winters night a traveler is considered by many as his best work; but this one has a special place in my heart or do I mean mind?
