I was feeling so bad for going so hard on the Successors, but listening to this handful of stories for this Horus Heresy Omnibussies thing has made me feel vindicated that those were just some baaaad stories.

As I would rather wait and do the full Fulgrim and Perturabo Shattersong as an Omnibus with Fulgrim, Angel Exterminatus, and all the relating shorts and novellas.

Interesting story, but mostly forgettable. Erebus is still a dick and the parts with Lorgar were interesting. The planet worshipping the Emperor was a nice touch and showed Lorgar’s fall rather well.
