well the OW drama was actually pretty funny. Now one last annoying push away from Carrie. Well it's not your usual push, but it was odd. Time for a grand gesture, but it really should be Carrie making the gesture, not joe.

well his chickens have come home to roost and he knows it. He's worried about her being able to trust him with the stigma of his playboy past. And his psycho exes showing up a couple times now doesn't help. seems the one to worry most about is the crazy named Trina. You wonder... why did he dip his wick in crazy to begin with???

Joe has admitted to himself that his feelings for Carrie are more than lust and what he wants from her is more than a quick lay. Carrie is starting to realize that she can't ignore him anymore. They also have more in common than they thought.

well the prologue thrusts us into a hilarious situation after the MCs have know each other for a while but are still resisting or unsure. It involves at least two dildos.
now at 26% we have caught up to that same scene and get the whole spectrum of fuckery.
Really liking this author's style. Her prose is better than average and witty. We get both POVs.

I think this is going to have to go on the DNF shelf. I really just don't like the heroine. Or the Hero for that matter...and i can't bring myself to care about their HEA...maybe i'll give it a couple weeks, and try again, but for now, i'm moving on to something else.

Loving it so far (which I new I would) but I hate the fact I'm at work and can't keep reading.
