Notes:
(1) Fernando Blanco draws most of this. He's obviously a Dave Mazzucchelli clone.
- The difference is he's nowhere near as skilled a visual storyteller and this story isn't exactly "Batman: Year One."
(2) This seems like an unofficial crossover with "Catwoman." Characters unique to that series show up here. As well, this continues its Joker's Daughter storyline. Ugh.

Notes:
(1) It bothers me when people are credited above their contribution. Francis Manapul's given top billing despite only co-writing 2½ issues and illustrating 8 pages.
- It always reminds me of "Office Space, starring Jennifer Aniston" and the like: big stars with small parts selling the film.
(2) I'm all for a Harvey Bullock story. I just wish it had different writers.
