wow! what a neat alternate history! queen elizabeth 1st was assassinated and the catholics conquered the uk! the book is set in the 1960s butm its waay lower tech than in our time! theres a weird fae undercurrent in the setting so i wonder if its going to sneak into urban fantasy? i vaguely remember a rebellion from my last reading 30+ years ago! i cant wait to see where this goes!
