This is a nice take on the healthy eating niche. Actually I prefer this practical hands on approach. I will say that the advice is all good, but there wasn't much I didn't know. That said, it's no nonsense and gets to the heart of science. Forget the fad diets and rubbish, this is practical and the narrative by Grylls carries it through well. It's a general easy to read healthy living guide, and diet second.
