Status Updates From German Pre-Intermediate Rea...

Simply don't have the focus at the moment to read in another language. On the plus side, I'm finally walking again! ... I still have a boot, but I'm mobile! Hopefully I can finish off the two German language books I've currently got going sometime next week.

Better storyline and presentation than the first book in the series, and though much is still review I've still learned several new school and work focused words that haven't come up elsewhere. Friends from Germany are visiting in November so I'll be giving it a "native speaker" test soon too

So far it builds on the previous beginner book, and adds in more grammar and charts for correct sentence structure / article selection. A lot denser than the first book as well but thus far very good.
