Is the main character misogynistic? Yeah. Is the worldbuilding and setting fantastic? Also, yes. Like, the main character is well written and interesting; him being a misogynist is just an element that I feel Yoss is using to distinguish and critique humanity in this alien-filled science fiction world. We'll see how it pans out.
