Status Updates From Temeraire (Temeraire, #1)

I started listening to this as it is one of my favorite author's favorite books series. While the writing is good, the story is not my cup of tea. I'll give it a bit longer before deciding to DNF or not, but in any case I do not see myself continuing the series. I'm so sad about it because I wanted to love it but I'm in the process of trying to speed read through my collection and need to cull.

Wonderful read so far! Excellent characters and story line. Reading in the hospital with a loved one and it’s the perfect distraction.
