Status Updates From When Nobody Was Watching: M...

I love hearing about her journey to get to where she wanted to be and it moves the plot perfectly along. She shares things that most people don’t know. My last prediction was right, Carli says, "I don't want to go backwards again" (pg. 121). This shows that she has overcome some hardships and only has more to fight. I predict that Carli will become the hardest work on the team and it will show how bad she wants it.

I absolutely love this book and her work ethic, as I feel I can relate to her in more ways. I love how the plot is organized and perfect pace. Carli says, “I still feel like I’m an underachiever,” (pg. 39). I really like how she includes this quote, as it shows how everyone has silent battles within themselves. With this quote being said, I predict that later she will talk about how she overcame these silent battles.

Couldn’t get past the forward. She just sounds bitter and angry on every page.
