They keep mentioning pack dynamics and being an alpha. The whole alpha wolf thing was debunked by the same scientist who coined the term “alpha wolf” and is extremely outdated. Other than that and what I would consider excessive methods of discipline(again it just seems like outdated ways of doing things) there has been good/pragmatic thoughts on what it means to be a dog owner
