Status Updates From Death Valley (Vivienne Pink)

Pretty alarming nuclear weapon history woven into the story. Did a bit of fact checking and it seemed to check out in some places. Will look for some interviews with the author on the subject.

I'm not too sure what's going on here. My main characters just met someone who is half woman, half jackrabbit and it's there that they witness an atomic bomb test in Nevada. The main character, Vivienne Pink, appears to be in an polyamorous domestic partnership. I think they all might die as result of radioactive side effects.

Such an odd, but beguiling, story.

Quite an odd tale, but it is holding my attention solidly.
