Cat is still very cold to her new home and I think it is just because she is sad that she had to move. I think this is a meh reason to be cold for this long. And she is also shutting down the idea of gosts in a town in which that is the whole thing, just because she does not want to believe that. I think this is unreasoanale.

Cat Is a very average teenage girl, who is trying not to be selfish because of her sister. I that it is really hard not to be fully selfless when you get uprooted from your hometown and move.
