i hate this

i started reading this because the back says this book will help you “not only stun depression, but kick it to the curb-in just a week completely prescription and substance-free for the long-term.”

regardless of this IMPOSSIBLE claim, the reviews are quite high so i wanted to know why this was the case. since the book is so short i thought it couldn’t hurt to read - i might have been wrong.
