I remember this book from my childhood and thoroughly enjoyed rediscovering it as an adult. I asked myself what would children notice in the beautiful illustrations that accompany the story, as there was so much to see within each picture page. I thought the book would be useful to help highlight family/sibling relationships as well as bringing in the Maths elements with counting in halves and measuring time.
