I am so pleasantly surprised by this book. It’s well written, the characters are great, and yet it’s so underrated!

This is really good. So good, in fact, that I'm now afraid to continue in case the author turns out to be one of those who like to kill the most likeable character just because they can.

Good Lawd I love the writing here. Suspenseful and creepy! Beware, I’ve already spooked myself while reading on my patio after dark. Keep the lights on!

A coupe of niggles about the formatting at the start of chapters, but boy, this is NOT what I expected.

There is some seriously GOOD writing here - and bloody creepy as well.

Ok, I was really resistant to believe it's Crash. It seemed too obvious, but now... maybe... or is it still too obvious???😲

I'mfinally home! Now I can spend some QT in crazy town. AKA, Sparrow Falls.

Properly creepy

It chuffed, something grating in its throat and making its broad shoulders shake lightly. It took it a second for her to understand what the sound was and when she did, Josephine began to outright bawl. She had been surprisingly calm before; afraid, but not panicking though she wanted to. To hear it laughing at her knocked her mind offline. Such a human sound coming from an inhuman throat made her insides go liquid.

I won't be moving to Sparrow Hills anytime soon ..... Creepy !
