Status Updates From Hamlet

All jokes aside, it's perfectly understandable why this is coined as the greatest Shakespearean tragedy; even the character depths alone is enough for me to feel the message the poet is aiming to convey. This might be my favorite work of Shakespeare yet.

i might have bought the arden shakespeare edition of hamlet even though i already had the penguin classics one, purely for my shakespeare class (absolutely not because i love shakespeare a little too much and have a weakness for scholarly editions of his work). but wow, that introduction was so good i have zero regrets.

Dit is de zoveelste keer dat men mij probeert te overtuigen van Hamlet en deze keer kan ik helaas niets anders doen dan het hele werk lezen, dus kijk ik het nu als voorstelling. Ik hou van Andrew Scott, maar ik hou niet van Hamlet.
