This is basically me while reading this book:
This is so romantic.
What's gonna happen with the TJ? I hope this can be solved.
It was so good without Heath's parents. But at least, he will finally put his foot down. I hope.

This is wonderful. Just Perfect. I love the characters. They are written with so much love.
It's amazing how, with just small gestures or thoughts, the author can touch me so deeply.
Love this so much.

It's incredible how much I already care about Heath. I need him to be happy so bad. And Frankie is like the best friend ever. I love him.

I'm already loving the writing style :D Present tense can be so good and the setting is dense and atmospheric.
