It’s very slow and I feel like each chapter is repetitive….

I’m so not a fan of his. All his focus is on the sexual with Avery. Even though he states he cares, he doesn’t act that way. He is very cavalier about her feelings. He admits to messing with her and not in a cute way. It’s very off putting. I get why she’s so angry with him all the time. It’s like it’s a game with her and nothing else.

The whole tornado thing was different with Jake and Avery being stuck in a metal shed while it was having. What I didn’t like what there was a sexy time scene right before that in the first chapter. Where is the build up of anticipation? Where’s the feeling of chemistry and connection? Because I got none. I don’t like them together. It’s more annoying than anything.
