I don't think I have relayed this much to a book before. Sure he's rich and younger but she's still into him after finding out he's rich, and it's not the money that she wants to stay with him. It's the fact that he treats her like a human not a stupid "factory" or a "good catholic girl".

We’ve also heard about Jake, one of the partners at the Santa Barbara law firm at which Amelia serves as an associate attorney. His book (w/romance novelist Lucy) is third in the series.

Goodreads tells me that the fourth features Jessica & veterinarian Mike. Do we meet them in this book too, or later?

Amelia and Ryan went to the same high school! She found him as a freshman in her senior yearbook. So he’s ~three years younger than she is. Okay.

Amelia is 31.
