The Legendary Garrett Girls by Y. S. Lee - 3 stars - Ooh, a Seattle reference. Kinda cowboy stuff.

Gold in the Roots of the Grass by Marissa Meyer - 5 stars - This pulled me in so easily. The characters, the story, the ending. I wish this adventure could’ve lasted longer but it was satisfying nonetheless.
