This book may have revitalized my view on relationships. It makes me feel that yes, an enjoyable monogamy may in fact be possible for a couple willing to create structures and rituals of symbolic dance and play. This is odd, because the book has not actually talked about much of any of this.

I am enraptured by this book. Kreider captures the feeling of almost-loves beautifully.
