Status Updates From Growing and Kissing

Great writing though. I’ll read the next book in the series.

Love her books, love her writing, but this one pushes the edgy intense boundaries too far for me. There’s something about the writing and the feelings it evokes that’s overwhelming and too much for me to handle.

Love Helena Newbury’s books, but they are heavy going. Need a little break. But I’ll come back to this. It’s just super gritty and way edgier than I can handle right now. She’s not an author I can binge read even though I want to, sadly. I am enjoying this tho.
