Status Updates From Carmilla

laura saw a weird ass dream where again she felt like someone pierced her nipples and after that day she feels different and melancholic
she’s thinking abt death more often

“i felt the same lassitude and langour weighed upon me all day”

apparently carmilla saw a similar dream except for piercing nipple part but a “charm protected her”

so carmilla was assassinated during a ball and she woke up “not feeling the same ever since@ but laura thinks she ALMOST died but not like actual dead dead.
maybe that’s why she inspects her room before she sleeps

will carmilla turn laura into a vampire even if she doesn’t want it??

that sounds like a threat😭

im on chp 5 and laura finds and effigy of carmilla. from context we know that it’s SUPERR old (like it’s blackened) but idk why laura doesn’t question it at all. clearly her father seemed a bit shocked but not laura

so laura is kind of awestruck by carmilla. carmilla’s mysterious. she is clearly hiding a lot and while laura’s super curious and pushes for more info here and there, carmilla remains unfazed.
another plot point which i think is going to be much more relevant is people dying in the towns especially girls.
