HEY! This "Alexander Collins" guy sure does sound a lot like Mark Westfield. Like, the first sentence in and I'm thinking it's Dex.

Not bad, especially for a serial shifter series, but the point of view writing changes every two pages! The chapters are very short!

Stumbled upon this when returning a book from KU and remembered it was a pretty nice and short read, so I am doing a quick reread...

Going to do a buddy-listen with Trio.... This type of story is not normally for me, so we'll see how I like it!

A very unchallenging read that finishes at 83%, the rest is blurb. Plus there are formatting issues that need sorting out.

This is jogging along quite nicely. I don't need to engage my brain to understand what's going on.

Really bad writing style. First person with constant shift between characters. Feels like a novice web novel.

I lost interest early but decided to push on. Not because of engrossing plotline but I am trying to challenge self not to DNF it.

Only 34% but already encountered lots of typos. Is this really a published book?
