I don't actually know if I like this or not. Like it's decent but there have been some parts that kinda gave me the ick and I'm not that invested in the romance between the main characters bc there's just so much going on lmao.

I feel I should note that I am reading this because I found it at a "take a book, leave a book" library whilst camping and I couldn't fight the curiosity about what I would find inside. I've never read one of these cheap bodice rippers and now is my moment to figure out what the hype is about! So far, I am bored. But I am having fun reading it in a bad southern accent to anyone who will listen!
