Bought this book to learn some mentoring skills to use in the work place. This book is (so far) 95% on the Coaching perspective i.e. business coaching where you come in from outside of an organization and coach key personnel (COs) to view their organization in a different perspective without actually being a part of the machinery. I wanted a tool to help me help my employees develop without getting too involved ;)
