Status Updates From Spectral

I have so many books I've paused at various points. This one, Bone Swans, Gates of Fire, plus I really want to dive into Cornwell's series again. I'm going to try to get through some of them by the end of this week.

This is completely random, but for some reason this book made me think of my college days...which made me think of Gangnam Style...so I just went to Youtube to rewatch it, and lo and behold all of r/WallStreetBets is in the comment section of this 8 year old vid. Like, wtf. I <3 reddit.

Tryst Six Venom made me think of this couple. I've had this on hiatus since August 2019, and it's not because it isn't good. This book is way too long. The author is incredibly talented, but writes each & every scene, every interpersonal interaction with immense detail. It needs to be edited/cut down. I am going to finish this though. Even after pausing the book for so long I haven't forgotten about these characters

I don’t understand why Vale is having skye do use the “thing” when it’s her second time having sex which she knows?

Vale couldn’t have brought lube with the insertable dildo? Or wet it with her mouth? Or talked about it before randomly bringing it for sex?

I'm savoring this one. I think it will be a favorite.

This reads like a sort of fanfic, which isn't a bad thing. I do kind of like how slow the events are passing, since we're going through their week.

Skye is SO relatable. I keep having to stop and laugh because I see myself in her. I just love her and Vale; and this is just too good. (reading it as quick as I can because my Kindle Unlimited trial runs out in a couple days)

This book is too long. I'm 84% done with this book and it gives me a whole new plot...kinda. Because I'm still trying to understand what I'm reading. God's help me.
