Status Updates From Points of Departure

Wait, they're only EIGHTEEN? Well that explains a lot.

Okay, they seriously need to STOP thinking everyone is either straight or gay. Gah.

This feels like it could've been a book from one of the bookclubs I was a member of as a young pre-teen. I like it, it feels familiar yet modern. Despite the characters being adults, it doesn't feel like I'm the intended audience, but it doesn't feel childish either. Just a pretty simple story about friends(?) traveling Europe together.

... Well now I feel old.

So I'm 1/9 into the book, and really struggling to keep track of who the characters are... It doesn't help that the same audiobook narrator is used for all the perspectives, and that she doesn't change her voice at all depending on which character is currently narrating the story.
