Hmmmm my take is you are supposed to be able to clear your mind of everything....every thought every care every worry every THING to transcend to a higher level.... like a MUCH higher almost supernatural level.... I can barely keep track of my hair appointments and the gym.... commercials on tv anger me because they interrupt my shows and I don't have time for that. I think I've got a ways to go! Lol
