Status Updates From Wander This World

So I wanted to give this a try cuz vampire, geeky m/f with two queer MCs. But the serial killer aspect...not sure I am up for, esp as we get the serial killers POV. Definitely not up for this today, at any rate. Will probably try this again at some point.

I'm really liking this book. My first with a girl who is pansexual and non-binary as well as a mostly straight guy.

Thank you Netgalley for giving me this to review. A couple pluses off the bat: The cover is amazing. And both characters are people of color.

One of the few female vampires worthy of the name. And there are VERY few good ones. I like the chemistry between Melanie and Penley. The creepy dude is a definite tribute to a certain awesome author we know...

There are so few really good vampire novels out there. Even fewer with lead PoC. I've got two for two and loving it. Melanie and Penley are so hot. BWAM love all the way.

I think I'm 20% into the story. On chap 7. I'm intrigued and creeped out. Who is this stalker-sadist wanting to play god??!!

Loved the beginning of this. Melanie is monstrous, but I still like her.

I'll probably start this tomorrow, but I love vampires, interracial couples, and the cover of this book, so I'm excited!

On Chpt. 6 and loving it so far. Who is the freak that is (the janitor???) hunting women!!!! OMG. In deep can't wait to continue reading tonight. Love Penley's swagger (except for when he's around Mel) and love Mel as well and the relationship with her adoptive mother.
