the first 20 or so pages i can recommend wholeheartedly
The introduction of the first visitor ruined my day with how bad it was.
The books hasnt aged well in the slightest.
I was really taking my time with the story, after that i just started reading through it not giving if much thought, just as the author apparently did after the first 20 pages
I really hope its a commentary on colonialism, proly just coping
