This is a pretty good story so far. If you are easily offended by things like N word, KKK, child abuse then this book is not for you. You never know what you getting when you read books published by LPC. It is Christian fiction and there is alot of truth and Gospel. The story is written in a time of segregation.

Can't stop reading this book. Parents die, lives with mean grandfather and a black man who works for grandfather takes good care of her
