Today I finished this luscious book. What a touching end to it all.

From his nonfiction books, like "At Home," Bill Bryson shows his extraordinary intellect, amplified by quirky research.

While this memoir-ish kind of book by Bryson is soooooo often laugh out loud funny. An altogether different voice from his (mainly) third person writing.

What a treasure he is! I am so in like with Bill Bryson.

Bryson's statistics on educational funding in Britain, contrasting with their educational achievements.... I found this utterly delightful.

I am just thrilled to have managed to resume listening to this audiobook courtesy of Libby.

Bill, I've missed you!
