The story about an empath/mind reader was an emotionally draining one for me. And - hmm. I'm glad this is as queer as it is so far. And I'm trying to give the authors benefit of the doubt on how they're writing about gender in a cyberpunk world. But I finished that empath story & thought, "GOSH I hope that is last detransitioned trans woman in this collection" and it took all of two pages for another one to pop up.
